Unit Nurse Manager (RGN) – Oxfordshire
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and monitor nursing care delivery to meet resident needs.
- Implement person-centred care plans.
- Plan rotas.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff.
- Build relationships with local regulators and social services.
Skills and Expertise
- Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Experience in producing comprehensive care plans and risk assessments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
- Proven leadership and clinical mentoring experience, including supporting newly qualified nurses.
- Ability to deliver improvements for quality care.
