Key Responsibilities
- Accurately assess resident needs and identify care priorities
- Administer medication and treatments per NMC guidelines and company policy
- Ensure resident care plans are completed and maintained with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
- Report resident ill-health and request GP/professional visits when necessary
Skills and Expertise
- Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC Pin
- Previous older peoples care experience (desirable)
- Caring, compassionate, and excellent clinical track record
- Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
- Excellent organisation and leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Flexible, professional, and committed to excellence
- Quality-driven with a desire for continuous improvement
