Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high clinical standards across the region.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to ensure resident care quality.
- Support new resident settling-in.
- Develop team member skills.

Skills and Expertise
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Strong up-to-date clinical knowledge.
- Understanding of key regulatory frameworks (safe medicine administration, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, NMC standards).
- Proven track record of creating care plans and risk assessments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and ‘can-do’ approach.
