Regional Nurse (RGN/RMN) – North Yorkshire
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high clinical standards across the region.
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure resident care quality.
- Supporting new residents’ settling-in process.
- Mentoring and developing team members’ skills.
- Creating tailored care plans for residents’ physical and mental needs.
Skills and Expertise
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Strong up-to-date clinical knowledge.
- Understanding of key regulatory frameworks (safe medication administration, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, NMC standards).
- Successful track record of creating care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
