Receptionist – Ellesmere Port
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Maintain office filing systems and keep records up to date
- Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently
- Use computerised systems for various clerical duties
- Manage emails and correspondence effectively
- Assist with the organisation of meetings and in-house events
- Support staff with general administrative tasks such as diary management
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in office tasks
- Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR
