Receptionist / Booking Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting patients face-to-face and over the telephone.
- Making and rescheduling patient appointments using electronic patient record platform.
- Applying knowledge of targets and specialty-specific requirements.
- Liaising with patients and internal/external contacts.
- Providing efficient and effective administrative service.
Skills and Expertise
- Enthusiastic, personable, and dynamic.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
