Key Responsibilities

• Goods in, internal and final inspection
• Patrol shop floor, inspection of parts, first off/last off
• Reading and adhering to complex technical drawings
• Assisting the QM with raising PAPP/ISIR Reports for new parts/customer requests
• Assisting the QM updating/maintaining Calibration records
• Using a Faro Arm for assorted measurements
• Work with project & manufacturing team to develop and verify new parts
• Raising Non-conformance Reports, including corrective/prevention actions
• Ensuring compliance to ISO 9001-2015 quality standards
• Maintain H&S systems and procedures

Skills and Expertise

• Experience with Vernier Callipers, Micrometres, Thread Gauges
• Ability to read engineering/fabrication drawings
• Knowledge of engineering symbols
• Experience in Engineering/Welding Fabrication/CNC Machining/CAD/CAM
• 3D measurement experience (desired)
• OHSE Managing Safety Certificate or equivalent (course can be offered)
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (office) applications
• Excellent communication skills (all levels)
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
