Project Support Coordinator – SWAG Cancer Alliance
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the planning and delivery of the SWAG Workforce Strategy and Cancer and Domestic Abuse (DA) Workforce Training project.
- Developing and managing project tracking, control, and reporting arrangements to achieve project/programme objectives.
- Organizing project meetings, engagements, and workshops, booking venues, sending invites, and taking minutes.
- Attending and/or facilitating meetings, reporting on progress, and ensuring actions are logged and followed up.
- Managing programme schedule and resource dependencies and conflicts.
- Supporting the Project/Programme lead to develop and deliver effective project/programme communications plans.
- Promoting effective communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally.
