Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities
- Develop detailed project plans
- Communicate with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues
- Ensure client expectations are met
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
Skills and Expertise
- Previous project experience (ideally in manufacturing)
- Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Desirable: PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications
