Project Assistant Inverurie
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining document control of project documents.
- Assisting the Project Management team with project administration and support across multiple projects.
- Ensuring project compliance with Kirby way.
- Handling project procurement for small items, consumables, and plant.
- Keeping key project files (electronic and hard copy) updated, including risk registers, programmes, drawings, and technical information.
- Scheduling and facilitating internal and external project meetings, taking accurate notes.
- Collecting and following up on project information, reminding team members of deadlines, and assisting with timely project delivery.
- Serving as a central point of contact for project progress communication.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong administration skills
- Proactive approach to project and procurement work
- Confident phone manner
- Excellent IT skills (Excel, budget spreadsheets, cashflows)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry (preferred)
- Commercially aware
