Project Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Ordering plant and material from internal and external supplies, arranging transport and liaising with Plant Desk for repairs/replacements.
- Entering Waste/Special Waste Transfer notes onto Environmental Database monthly.
- Checking new subcontractors have full licenses and entering details onto database.
- Controlling incoming and outgoing correspondence, project files, standards library, design log, meeting minutes, and other project documentation.
- Issuing and maintaining Site Start-up Packs for Contracts.
- Preparing documents for contract close-out meetings and submitting to client.
- Taking meeting minutes as required by the Project Manager.
- Checking vehicle allocation to contracts weekly, monitoring permits and drivers reports, using the Masternaut system (where applicable).
- Ensuring general health and safety is maintained and project-related administration duties are carried out in line with the Business Management System.
- Performing general duties such as meeting minutes, photocopying, scanning, and other ad-hoc assistance as required.
