Programme Support Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the delivery of the Strategy Delivery Programme and all associated projects.
- Support project governance and colleagues to deliver projects effectively and according to project plans.
- Produce and maintain project documentation and reporting.
- Coordinate, facilitate, and contribute to individual project teams and the wider programme board.
- Communicate project and programme updates to various audiences.
- Expand skill set and potentially take on leadership roles within projects as they progress.

- Proven track record of supporting and driving change.
- Awareness of the latest project management developments and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate colleagues and the wider business towards shared goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for various audiences.

Job Facilities/Benefits
- Salary in line with NJC: PO (27 – 30) 35,745 – 38,223
- 28 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after 5 years’ service, plus bank holidays
