Key Responsibilities

• Operating and maintaining booster sites, pumping stations, water treatment facilities, and tanks (indoor/outdoor).
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards (tank cleaning, chemical deliveries, booster site inspections).
• Providing care and maintenance of assigned equipment.
• Performing general grounds maintenance and landscaping.
• Operating sludge works.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, including the public and customers.
• Participating in a small team with rotating weekend and bank holiday work patterns.

Skills and Expertise

• Valid UK driving licence for West Midlands travel.
• Strong work ethic and commitment.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Desire to learn and driven attitude.
• Desirable: Grounds maintenance, mechanical fitter experience, ‘on the tools’ experience.
• Basic IT proficiency.
