Product Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients to understand accommodation needs, provide solutions, and advise on installation/demobilisation.
- Conduct site visits to assess installation restrictions and advise on technical solutions, ensuring health and safety.
- Prepare accurate quotes and detailed 2D CAD designs for accommodation unit installations.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, programming, and resource allocation.
- Manage subcontractors and oversee lift management, including Appointed Person role, to ensure safe lifting operations.
- Oversee installation process, manage on-site teams, and ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
- Manage snagging process to ensure issue resolution before handover and conduct client handovers.
- Track and report on project costs to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Skills and Expertise
- Experience in plant hire or accommodation sector.
- Proven project management experience, particularly in accommodation or construction.
- Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring project delivery.
- Knowledge of lift management and relevant certifications (CPCS Appointed Person, Blue Card).
- Lift Supervisor Qualification and knowledge of codes and site regulations.
- Proficiency in 2D CAD software for design and planning.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations, particularly in installation and demobilisation of accommodation.
