Key Responsibilities

• Leading small, medium, and large-scale Healthcare and Higher Education projects (UK).
• Bidding work and client care.
• Mentoring and leading project teams for scheme and detailed engineering designs.
• Leading the mechanical team on projects.
• Producing all design information.
• Ensuring all calculations are prepared and signed off (QA procedures, Standards, Codes of Practice).
• Keeping the design team informed of technical and project information.

Skills and Expertise

• Successful track record in mechanical building services design.
• Experience in healthcare and/or education sector (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Senior/Principal Engineer.
• Good understanding of software packages for mechanical building services system design.
