Key Responsibilities

  • Presenting cases before the Immigration Tribunal, adhering to professional standards and ensuring appropriate conduct.
  • Developing and maintaining an effective knowledge of Immigration law and processes.
  • Reviewing and preparing cases, reviewing decisions, and assessing legal representations for potential support and identifying key evidence.
  • Working flexibly around court listing changes and operational requirements, including preparing and presenting cases at short notice.

  • Handling complex legal arguments
  • Resilience to frequent and robust challenges from legal representatives and Immigration Judges
  • Maintaining focus during extended periods of preparation and presentation.

  • High degree of personal resilience and ability to focus on new cases quickly after challenges.
