Key Responsibilities

• Promptly and conscientiously deliver prescription items to private houses, nursing, and residential homes.
• Provide a high standard of customer service and maintain a friendly, professional image.
• Act as an ambassador for the Cohens brand.
• Deliver prescriptions within designated timeframes, working under pressure.
• Ensure prescription items are delivered in line with company procedures.
• Plan and print daily delivery routes using basic computer skills.
• Assist with Public Relations (PR) exercises to increase business.

Skills and Expertise

• Excellent people skills.
• Flexibility to work within branch opening hours (Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00).
• Basic computer skills for route planning and printing.
