Prep Chef – Sunday to Thursday – Moorgate
Key Responsibilities
- Provide food/service to a consistent high standard, assisting senior chefs.
- Liaise with team members to plan food provision.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and adherence to the menu.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, and waste control.
- Maintain consistent food presentation standards.
- Comply with all legal requirements (fire, security, licensing, etc.).
- Adhere to Health, Hygiene, and Safety procedures.
- Practice personal hygiene according to policy.
- Complete any other reasonable requests from senior management.
Skills and Expertise
- Passion for food
- Previous experience in a demanding kitchen
- Team player with management skills
- Cost management, supplier negotiation, and relationship building skills
