Key Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs and maintenance in domestic environments
• All aspects of plumbing with some minor multi-skilled experience

Skills and Expertise

• Multi-trader or maintenance operative
• Plumber (including unvented and Part P)
• Carpenter, joiner, plasterer, or multi-trade operative
• Experience in social housing, housing associations, or domestic/council properties
