Key Responsibilities

  • Managing calls on the system
  • Managing operative diaries
  • General administration tasks
  • Planning repairs and maintenance requests to the relevant operative
  • Ensuring trade skill sets and location parameters are working effectively
  • Liaising with operatives, tenants, and the Client
  • Document Control – Ensuring worksheets are received and checked
  • Working towards individual and client KPIs
  • Handling council and private housing contracts, planning and scheduling routine, essential, and emergency property maintenance works
  • Tracking and monitoring tasks to completion
  • Liaising with in-house and 3rd party engineers, tradesmen, and council operatives to plan appointments, materials, logistics, and reorganise schedules
  • Organising external supply companies
  • Ensuring all trades are prepared and present on-site and works are completed according to committed client completion dates
  • Working in a fast-paced demanding role with constant collaboration with key stakeholders, clients, councils, housing agents, suppliers, and trades
