Pilot Plant & Kitchen Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality ice cream and water ice mixes.
- Developing samples for NPD (New Product Development) Team and customers.
- Creating ice cream/water ice mixes and concepts from briefs.
- Maintaining hygiene within the pilot plant and kitchen.
- Communicating issues relating to kitchen equipment.
- Highlighting issues with mixes (e.g., high viscosity).
- Maintaining ingredient stocks.
- Freezing down mixes (training provided).
