Peripatetic Nurse (RGN/RMN) – Kent
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high clinical standards across multiple care homes in the Kent region.
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams to ensure residents receive the highest quality care.
- Supporting new residents with settling-in procedures.
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans for residents’ physical and mental needs.
- Mentoring and upskilling team members.
Skills and Expertise
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration.
- Teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification.
- Strong and up-to-date clinical knowledge.
- Understanding of key regulatory frameworks (including safe medication administration, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMC standards).
- Proven experience in producing care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Leadership and can-do approach.
