PE and School Sport Support Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality physical activity sessions tailored to young people’s needs.
  • Plan and organize sessions with minimal supervision, using initiative.
  • Motivate and enthuse teaching staff, young people, coaches, and sports leaders.
  • Hold a full UK driver’s license.
  • Support non-specialist teachers in planning, delivering, and assessing curriculum PE lessons (PPA cover or upskilling).

Skills and Expertise

  • Ability to deliver high-quality physical activity sessions based upon the needs of young people.
  • Excellent planning & organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to motivate and enthuse others.
