PDC Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside the DEEP Support team to promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students.
• Manage the PDC Centre and intervene with students requiring specific, long-term, tailored support.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, keeping them informed about student behaviour and supporting improvement in behaviour, self-esteem, achievement, attainment, and aspirations.
• Liaise with external agencies to find appropriate pathways for vulnerable students to ensure the best possible education.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience working with vulnerable students.
• Strong communication skills with parents and external agencies.
• Proven ability to manage a PDC Centre.
• Knowledge of student support and welfare.
