- Collaborate with the broader catering team to support school events and daily operations.
- Manage inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with expertise in baking and dessert preparation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Creativity and attention to detail in crafting visually appealing and flavorful pastries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
