Sales Assistant – Dundee
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our charitys mission
- Organise and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximise sales potential
- Collaborate with our E-Commerce team to maximise online sales
- Act as a Keyholder, ensuring smooth store operations and customer experience when a manager isn’t present
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent customer service skills
- Retail experience (not essential)
- Passion for sustainability
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- Attention to detail
- Positive and confident attitude
- Comfort with technology (Till, PC, Smartphone, email)
- Ability to guide volunteers on the shop floor
