Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and promoting our charitys mission
  • Organise and merchandise donated stock creatively to maximise sales potential
  • Collaborate with our E-Commerce team to maximise online sales
  • Act as a Keyholder, ensuring smooth store operations and customer experience when a manager isn’t present

Skills and Expertise

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Retail experience (not essential)
  • Passion for sustainability
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive and confident attitude
  • Comfort with technology (Till, PC, Smartphone, email)
  • Ability to guide volunteers on the shop floor
