- Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver high-quality food.
- Achieve kitchen targets with the team.
- Support with food ordering, preparation, and stock control.

- Oversee health and hygiene regulations.
Skills and Expertise
- Proven experience leading and motivating kitchen teams.
- Strong understanding of food preparation and service procedures.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with a branded menu.
