Invoice Clerk/Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities and operations for efficiency and compliance.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, parcels).
- Prepare and send invoices/bills to customers via various channels.
- Issue customer account statements.
- Send payment reminders and contact customers as needed.
- Answer customer queries regarding bills.
- Report and update activity to senior management.
- Ensure accurate scanning, filing, and storing of documents.
- Assist colleagues and senior management with miscellaneous administrative tasks.
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Understanding of confidentiality, privacy, and data protection
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and/or competent PC user
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks accountancy software preferred
