HR Transformation & Engagement Advisor
Key Responsibilities
- Providing first point of contact support to customers regarding a wide range of HR queries across multiple communication channels.
- Supporting the Senior Advisor on HR Compliance and Audit initiatives, developing control systems for financial regulations compliance.
- Supporting the Senior Advisor in gathering evidence for audits, including external agency requests, to maintain HR and payroll process due diligence.
- Supporting the Senior Advisor in monitoring and liaising with managers on Occupancy End Reports and Employee Payments reports.
- Assisting the Senior Advisor in coordinating and administering cycle to work, green car, and annual buy and bank leave schemes.
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong IT skills, proficient with MS Office
- Knowledge of iTrent (preferred)
- Self-motivated, customer-focused individual
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to plan and prioritize workload
- Initiative and ability to work collaboratively while challenging current practices
- National 5 level education; HR or Customer Focused experience (preferred)
