Key Responsibilities

- Manage complex conversations, engaging and influencing at all levels.
- Collaborate with Organisation Design Consultants to align structure, processes, and culture.
- Build organisational capability and address challenges through expert advice.
- Deliver change management processes, leadership development, and cultural change programs.
- Conduct organisational diagnostics to inform tailored OD solutions.
- Integrate OD practices into leadership, talent development, and employee experience.
- Evaluate the impact of OD initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Maintain professional development in line with CIPD standards.
- Participate in communities of practice to share best practices.
Skills and Expertise
The ideal candidate should be proficient in organisational development, change management, leadership development, and cultural change. Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels are essential. Proven experience in OD and a good understanding of organisational structure and design are highly desirable.
