Order Processing Team Leader – Hoveringham
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complete contract review and prompt processing of customer orders.
- Resolving order queries in a timely manner.
- Liaising with customers to ensure order data completeness.
- Providing after-sales support regarding order delivery.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Negotiating orders to manage customer expectations.
- Actively contributing to improvements in business processes and procedures.
- Recording relevant KPIs for individual and team performance analysis.
- Completing and reviewing HBS team Performance Development Plans (PDP’s).
Skills and Expertise
- Numerical ability
- Strong customer handling and negotiation skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience managing a small team (preferred)
- Experience in an office-based data handling role
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
