Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordination and leadership of all Academy operations and administrative activities.
- Working with the Principal and relevant cluster and central colleagues.
- Line management of Academy administrative teams.
- Ensuring robust administrative, compliance and operations systems, processes and procedures are in place.
- Leading on implementation of local and trust-wide policies and operational procedures across the academy.
- Working with the senior leadership team to ensure all stakeholders are supported.
