Operations Director – Building Safety
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Building Safety Consultants
- Ensure targets are met for financial results, clients, projects, and people
- Develop the team and generate business by seeking leads/opportunities
- Maximise profit while supporting the wider business unit, region, and business
Skills and Expertise
- Appropriate degree and professional qualification (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, MCABE)
- Good understanding of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
- Capacity to influence strategic decision-making and make commercial decisions
- Strong analytical and process abilities
- Proven track record in Building Control or a related construction discipline
