Operations Director – Building Safety

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of Building Safety Consultants
  • Ensure targets are met for financial results, clients, projects, and people
  • Develop the team and generate business by seeking leads/opportunities
  • Maximise profit while supporting the wider business unit, region, and business

Skills and Expertise

  • Appropriate degree and professional qualification (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, MCABE)
  • Good understanding of Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act
  • Capacity to influence strategic decision-making and make commercial decisions
  • Strong analytical and process abilities
  • Proven track record in Building Control or a related construction discipline
