Operational Manager – Radiology Services
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day operational management of imaging services in York and Scarborough.
- Supporting the General Manager in operational management.
- Managing a portfolio of imaging modalities within radiology.
- Working alongside other Operational Managers, clinical, and radiographic leads.
- Participating in shaping the national CDC diagnostic hub and spoke rollout.
- Contributing to complex capital projects related to new vascular imaging and SPECT CT equipment.
- Working with a multidisciplinary team (administrative, nursing, radiographer, sonographer, consultant).
- Assisting the General Manager in delivering key strategic plans across Radiology.
Skills and Expertise
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dynamic and forward-thinking approach.
- Experience in operational management.
- Knowledge of imaging services and modalities (an advantage).
- Ability to work effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff.
