Key Responsibilities
- Providing support to office and site teams.
- Answering phones and responding to customer/client queries.
- Managing multiple inboxes.
- Reporting to the Managing Director.
- Working closely with finance, procurement, and operational teams.
- Providing support and assistance throughout the business.
- Preparing for meetings, taking minutes.
- Managing accounts, systems, and processes within the administrative division.
- Ensuring smooth operations within the administrative division.
Skills and Expertise
- Experienced Office Manager.
- Proven experience within the construction industry.
- Experience working for a similar sized contractor.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Construction knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
