Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and input data into computer and manual filing systems
- Prepare, input and monitor invoices
- Chase up outstanding payments
- Deal with queries/sales on the phone, on site, by email and on social media
- Take bookings and make appointments
- Handle sensitive information confidentially
- Assist with general office duties
- Set up spreadsheets for monitoring purposes
- Photocopy and print documents when required
- Assist in the maintenance of quality control paperwork when required
- Able to work overtime if required
