Office Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Answering and managing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling and booking property inspections and viewings.
- Acting as the point of contact for tenants and landlords, maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Preparing and managing property-related contracts and documents.
- Coordinating and overseeing property repairs and maintenance requests.
- Filing, organizing, and maintaining office records and documents.
- Using Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, document preparation, and reporting.
- Supporting other administrative tasks as required to ensure efficient office operations.
Skills and Expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in office administration or property management (preferred but not essential)
