Key Responsibilities

  • Visitor and contractor inductions and record keeping
  • Handling customer/contract queries (phone, email, in-person)
  • Financial administration: PO raising and reconciliation
  • Meeting scheduling, minutes taking, and distribution
  • General filing
  • Raising requisitions
  • Invoice matching
  • PPE management

Skills and Expertise

  • Proven administrative experience
  • Strong IT skills and literacy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft/Google software
  • Ability to work under time constraints
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (desired)
