Key Responsibilities
- Visitor and contractor inductions and record keeping
- Handling customer/contract queries (phone, email, in-person)
- Financial administration: PO raising and reconciliation
- Meeting scheduling, minutes taking, and distribution
- General filing
- Raising requisitions
- Invoice matching
- PPE management
Skills and Expertise
- Proven administrative experience
- Strong IT skills and literacy
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Google software
- Ability to work under time constraints
- Experience in a fast-paced environment (desired)
