• Supervising and leading play for children over lunchtime

Skills and Expertise

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English and Maths)
• Understanding of how children learn individually to ensure progress
• Experience of working with children in Early Years (advantageous)
• Passion for working with Early Years children (advantageous)
• Commitment to inclusion
• Experience working with primary school children (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 for Teaching Assistants (or equivalent) – desirable but not essential
