Nursery Practitioner
Key Responsibilities
- Meet each childs individual needs and deliver professional care and education in a safe and secure environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan stimulating early years activities supporting each child’s learning and development.
- Engage as a professional team member, exhibiting flexibility and a willingness to develop new skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Follow risk assessments and report health and safety matters to management.
- Enhance childrens physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
Skills and Expertise
- Relevant Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with children and families.
- Good understanding of child development.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Good teamwork skills.
