Key Responsibilities
- Providing appropriate nursing evidence-based care for an allocated group of patients
- Being an accountable professional, responsible for actions and working in line with NMC standards
- Recognizing and working within competency limits
- Working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, using resources efficiently
- Delivering quality care to patients and working effectively within the nursing team
- Competently carrying out a variety of clinical procedures
Skills and Expertise
- Registered with the NMC as a nurse associate
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Excellent team working skills
- Experience in community nursing (desirable but not essential)
