Nights Administrator
Key Responsibilities
- Providing consistently high standard of Customer Service to all customers.
- Responding appropriately and professionally to customer and driver requests.
- Job allocation to drivers and planning to achieve required response times for customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining continuous contact with customers and drivers during service provision.
- Costing jobs for customers and drivers.
- Acting as professional and efficient point of contact for customers and drivers via inbound/outbound calls and email.
- Handling live customer complaints.
- Achieving response times (SLA).
- Full awareness of real-time resource availability.
- Accurate pricing of jobs for drivers and customers.
- Maximising profit and preventing loss-making jobs.
Skills and Expertise
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in high-pressure environments.
- Strong customer focus in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with rapport-building abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
- Strong administration skills.
- Willingness to be flexible.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
- Previous customer service experience essential.
- Ability to identify issues, problems, and opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Generates enthusiasm and positive attitude to change.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize workloads.
- Industry experience preferred.
