Specialised Physiotherapist – Neurosciences
Key Responsibilities
- Provide physiotherapy assessment, treatment, and advice to patients with neurological conditions.
- Work within the Neurosciences rotation scheme, covering Neurosurgery, Neuro-Outreach, Acute Stroke, Acute Neurology, Neuro-outpatients, Neuro-rehabilitation, and the Community Neuro Therapy Team.
- Participate in supervision and teaching of physiotherapists, assistant staff, and physiotherapy students.
- Participate in on-call and weekend rota.
Skills and Expertise
- Minimum 18 months post-registration experience.
- At least 1 years NHS experience (may be as an undergraduate).
