Key Responsibilities

• Carry out carpentry repairs (cupboards, worktops, doors, bath panels, etc.) and general maintenance.
• Deliver high-quality service by performing responsive and planned works in void and occupied properties.
• Multi-skilled in trade (remedial plumbing, plastering, or tiling as needed).

Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience as a qualified tradesperson (preferred).
• Trade-related qualifications (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2, or equivalent).
• Full UK driving licence (12+ months – required).
