Key Responsibilities

• Working in different Hertfordshire localities as part of an integrated team to ensure high-quality clinical Medicines Management for patients in Community Bedded Services.
• Maintaining high standards within Community Health Services by promoting safe and secure handling and storage of medicines in accordance with local and national policies and legislation.

Skills and Expertise

• Experience in medicines management is desirable, or the ability to rapidly learn and develop skills within the area.
