Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging Maths lessons catering to all learners.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress, providing regular feedback.
• Contribute to developing innovative teaching resources and schemes of work.
• Support the school’s vision by promoting a positive learning environment and high expectations.
• Participate actively in departmental meetings, CPD opportunities, and school-wide events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuous improvement of teaching and learning.

Skills and Expertise

• Qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a degree in Mathematics or related subject.
• Passion for teaching Maths and inspiring students of all abilities.
• Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of current teaching methodologies.
• Strong classroom management skills and ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
