Lifestyle Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Help residents live rewarding, engaging, and fulfilling lifestyles, meeting their needs in terms of Mind, Body, and Soul.
  • Support the planning, creation, and delivery of a welcoming and inviting home-based Lifestyle Programme.
  • Encourage resident participation and engagement in a wide-ranging variety of activities.
  • Ensure resident interests and needs are met consistently and creatively, adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.

Skills and Expertise

  • Understanding of social interaction’s role in general wellbeing.
  • Assisting in delivering lifestyle sessions (group and individual).
  • Assisting in developing strong community links and successful events.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
  • Assisting in consistent delivery and implementation of new concepts and ideas.
  • Potential for developing through Lifestyle/Activities training and qualifications.
