To help those we care for to live the most rewarding, engaging and fulfilling lifestyle that they are able to whilst meeting their needs in terms of the Mind, Body and Soul.

To co-ordinate and support the planning, creation and delivery of a welcoming and inviting home-based Lifestyle Programme aimed at encouraging residents to participate and engage in a wide-ranging variety of activities. Offered as part of our groupwide More… Programme, the focus is on ensuring that resident interests and needs are met consistently and creatively whilst adapting to varying levels of physical and mental ability.

About you

We provide full training so we’d also love to hear from you whatever your background, its just as important is that you’re organised, have great communication skills, and that you’re flexible enough to work shifts. We also believe in giving you a great career pathway, so maybe your next step might be Nurse Associate and we are committed to supporting you on your journey.

The Westbourne Care Home

The Westbourne Care Home offers luxurious, five star accommodation in the affluent and engaging Holmes Chapel. Despite the idyllic location, the excitement and bustle of the city is far closer than you might think. Holmes Chapel is only 25 miles from Manchester and 20 miles from stoke-on-Trent, and superb transport links mean the two cities are merely minutes away by road or rail. The home provides nursing, dementia nursing, day care, residential and personal care and respite care. The Westbourne is registered to provide care for up to 50 elderly residents in two styles of en-suite bedrooms over three floors. Each room is decorated to five star standard with luxurious fixtures and fittings throughout. All rooms come with flat screen TV, telephone point, stylish and contemporary furnishings and are equipped with all the latest safety features. Choose from a standard or superior room.

Belmont House

Belmont House, in Harrogate, specialises in a provision of residential and nursing care, as well as caring for people living with dementia. Respite care is also provided and is dependent on availability. The home is divided into five separate suites, spread over three floors. The Courtyard suite provides residential care for up to 30 people. The Garden and Spring water suites both provide nursing care for 14 people each. The Park suite provides residential care for up to 17 people living with dementia, while the Promenade suite provides nursing care for up to 26 people with dementia. Staff have a wide range of care and nursing qualifications, thanks to how parent company Countrywide Care Homes invests in its talent, with new technology incorporated where it will be of an advantage to service users.
