Key Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy in wet facilities (swimming pool, sauna, steam room).
• Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment.
• Ensure a warm welcome and efficient service for all visitors.
• Maintain attentiveness and alertness at all times.
• Connect with members, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
• Respond promptly to any safety incidents.

Skills and Expertise

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ).
• Excellent customer care skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Team player.
