Key Responsibilities

• Help members stay safe and healthy in wetside facilities (pool, spa, sauna, steam room)
• Maintain attentiveness and alertness at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed, and professional environment
• Welcome and support members using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond immediately to any incidents
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed

Skills and Expertise

• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to provide ongoing training records
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn new skills
